Beyond the Page

When I was young, I didn't care about the Catholic Faith in the slightest. I was raised Catholic, but it wasn't until I began playing music for the Church that I began to see the transcendental nature of God. The more I contemplated, the more I wanted to understand: Who is God? How does He redeem us? What does authentic worship look like? From there I entered seminary formation for three years to discern priesthood. After discerning out, I earned an M.A. in Catholic Philosophy, and I’m now finishing a second M.A. in Catholic Theology. Over more than a decade, I’ve worked in youth ministry, pastoral ministry, and music ministry. Today I’m married with two children and serve the Church as a Youth Minister.
